AnFRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) Reactoris a corrosion-resistant processing vessel designed for carrying out chemical reactions under controlled conditions of temperature, pressure, and mixing. Constructed from high-strength fiberglass reinforced with thermosetting resins such as epoxy, vinyl ester, or polyester, FRP reactors provide excellent resistance to a wide range of corrosive chemicals, making them ideal for use in harsh industrial environments.

FRP reactors are widely used in industries such aschemical processing,pharmaceuticals,pulp and paper,water treatment, andfood processing. These reactors may include features such asagitation systems, heating/cooling jackets, baffles, andthermowellsdepending on process requirements.

In more demanding applications, FRP reactors may also belined with corrosion-resistant thermoplastics(such as PP, PVDF, or PTFE) to enhance chemical compatibility, particularly when dealing with highly aggressive acids, solvents, or oxidizers.
